A new exciting chapter begins when Malte Månson now acquires Experten Group, resulting in the creation of a workshop group with a total of 26 geographically well located workshops.
In connection with the acquisition, the sellers of Experten Group will reinvest a significant part of the purchase price in Malte Månson's holding company and will hold key executive positions in the expanded group. This strategic partnership is based on a common vision to strengthen and improve the customer experience for Sweden's haulage and bus companies.
Experten Group currently consists of 8 modern and well-equipped workshops for buses, trucks and transport vehicles in the Stockholm area, Enköping, Uppsala, Malmö and Gothenburg. The company has a turnover of approximately SEK 145 million and 75 employees. The combined group is expected to have a turnover of just over SEK 600 million in 2024.
Malte Månson and Experten Group share values and a conviction that the customer should always be at the center of the business. By combining resources and expertise, the customer offering with a focus on quality, service and availability will be further strengthened.
The expanded presence of 26 strategically located workshops will create a more accessible and efficient platform to meet and exceed customer expectations.
"We will not just be a group of 26 workshops, but a close-knit community dedicated to putting the customer first. We also strengthen our position as the largest independent player in the commercial vehicle aftermarket in Sweden. This acquisition enables synergies that will strengthen our ability to deliver quality services and an even better customer experience. We have a clear plan for our expansion and the acquisition of Experten Group is an important step towards our target of one billion in sales in 2026. It is very exciting that Malte Månson through the acquisition now creates a strong position in buses, as well as damage repairs through the very modern heavy vehicle painting facility that Experten recently developed in Enköping."
