The 27th workshop under Malte Månson's management - acquisition in Jönköping, Sweden

Malte Månson verkstäder, Sweden's largest independent workshop chain for commercial vehicles, today announces its latest acquisition of a newly built and modern workshop in the Stigamo industrial area in Jönköping that was previously owned by Jimmy R Transport AB.

This strategic acquisition strengthens Malte Månson's presence in the region and represents an important step in its continued growth.

"The acquisition of our new workshop in Jönköping is important to strengthen our presence in Småland and to offer high quality and fast service to all Swedish hauliers. We look forward to continuing our growth journey based on high customer satisfaction by reducing unnecessary downtime for our customers", says Staffan Lindewald, CEO of Malte Månson.

Jönköping is a central hub for transportation and distribution in the country. With the acquisition of the new workshop, Malte Månson consolidates its position as a reliable partner for companies in the transportation and logistics industry, both locally and nationally.

"When we decided to sell the workshop, the choice was easy. Malte Månson came in quite late in the process, but impressed me with his determination and positive attitude. There were several interested parties, but when I asked the staff who they thought should be their next employer, the choice fell on Malte Månson. I look forward to this collaboration where I now as a customer in the workshop get the opportunity for fast and qualitative service for my vehicle fleet" says Jimmy Rosenqvist, owner of Jimmy R Transport AB.

Jönköping becomes the 27th workshop in the Malte Månson Group and an important addition to the company's existing infrastructure. Malte Månson has already established workshops in Kalmar and Växjö, and this latest acquisition in Jönköping complements the company's presence in the region.
