"When we acquired Hylast in Jordbro last December, our explicit ambition was to continue developing an already well-functioning full-service workshop," says Staffan Lindewald.
"With some 20 highly skilled mechanics, we now deliver service and repairs, we extinguish twos, manage smart and digital tachographs, have a blacksmith shop and have expertise in hydraulics and transport refrigeration. We also offer car wash services and truck and van rental in partnership with Mabi".
"Thanks to the new MAN authorization, designated as an A workshop and thus the highest level of authorization, we are now taking another big step towards achieving our goal."
From Monday 13 July, the facility will be able to accept all MAN vehicles, which means both trucks and vans. All tools, systems, spare parts stock and expertise are already in place.
"For MAN, Malte Månson's major investment means that we can count in the fourth A workshop in Stockholm and thus increase the level of service for our MAN customers in Stockholm," says Christer Pettersson, Country Manager MAN OP Truck & Bus Sweden.
"Also of particular interest is the increase in workshop capacity to accommodate the trucks and vans in the new model range recently launched." In total, Malte Månson now has eight MAN authorisations in Sweden, in addition to Jordbro in Kristianstad, Linköping, Västerås, Karlstad, Örebro, Uppsala and Gävle.
