With new investments in both quality and environmental certifications, Malte Månson is now advancing its position as the country's largest independent workshop chain for commercial vehicles.
"We now have updated certifications for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, which adds both business and economic value to our operations," says Staffan Lindewald, CEO of Malte Månson.
"The confidence we have received from our customers this year makes 2021 look like our best year ever".
Expansion in recent years has been achieved through both strategic acquisitions and significant organic growth - while profitability has been significantly strengthened.
"With new workshops in key markets such as Stockholm, Gothenburg and Skåne, we now have 16 facilities with good coverage in central and southern Sweden," explains Staffan Lindewald.
"At the same time, investments and significant training efforts have led to a significant increase in the utilisation of existing workshops. Overall, the full year 2021 is expected to show a growth of around 30 percent, of which the organic share will reach around 17 percent, which is proof that our focus on quality and availability for our customers has been appreciated."
With updated certifications in the important area of quality - ISO 9001 - Malte Månson achieves several competitive advantages, such as improved precision in the management of operations, higher productivity and lower costs. Thanks to the environmental work under ISO 14001, goodwill is created, relations with customers and the outside world are improved, and effective cost savings are achieved.
